Dolly Soto - Principal
Dolly is a seasoned affordable housing professional with over fifteen years of experience developing projects in New York and New Jersey. Over the course of her career, she has completed affordable, supportive, and mixed-income developments using a wide range of funding sources. She is adept at navigating the complicated landscape of regulation, financing, and public and private interests that constrains these projects.
Dolly's past experience includes development roles at top firms, including The Community Builders, RPM Development Group, L+M Development, and Fairstead. Her experience includes 4% and 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) deals and HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) transactions. The projects she managed resulted in the construction or preservation of over 3,000 housing units, representing roughly $1 billion in total development costs.
Dolly holds a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor's degree from SUNY Binghamton. She is the treasurer of the New Jersey chapter of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network and serves on her local planning board.
